  14. The Sales Lady warn the mother that the escalator have a problem but she insist..and said to the sales lady that she will carry the child if they are at the top of the escalator. I think the mall staff lack here but its the choice of the mother to use the escalator even do she knows that it has a problem.

  15. Kahit saang lugar meron talagang mabagal kumilos, mahina sa problem solving. (Tanga in short) Sana nilagyan na ng harang yun sa ibaba. Wag nang bigyan ng choice ang customer kung sasakay o hindi.

  16. Why are there so many racists? The topic here is the carelessness of the mall employees not the quality of the escalator. Not all items from China are of poor quality. Those we have here in tjw Philippines are cheap and of bad quality because that is the only quality that most people can afford. And who doesn't buy Made in China stuff? Don't be hypocrites because from the smallest stuff of cdrking to those European signature brands that people "worship" are mostly made in China. Just saying.

  18. punyeta, they already know the escalator was defective, bakit walang nakalagay na warning sa ibaba pa lang. pasabugin ang mall na yan sampo ng engineering dept na hindi marunong magbigay ng caution sa mga customers nila. job well done in slicing the poor mom into pieces. kawawa yung pamilyang naiwan nya, lalo na yung bata. ipasok sa guiness ang mall na yan as the most stupid and careless mall. bullshit
