Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano announced during a press conference that he will run for vice president.

Senator Cayetano met Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday night to discuss a possible team up in the 2016 national elections.

According to the source of Radyo Inquirer, The tandem of the two candidates are now sealed, Mayor Duterte will run for 2016 presidency while Senator Alan Peter Cayetano will go on head to head with Senator Chiz Escudero as vice president.
