Joining a debate is not foreign to him because it was recalled in 2010, Binay entered into a political slugfest with than MMDA chairman Bayani Fernando during ABS-CBN’s Harapan vice presidential debates.
And last February 21, a presidential debate was held by GMA to know more about them. Many Filipino people, especially netizens are showing disapproval to some of Binay’s answers to the debate. Development will only take place if government underspending is stopped,

This leads to another viral video that is now rounding in social media. In the short clip, Binay can be seen seated in a public area with a table in front of him. People gathering around him and one by one they were accepting money directly from Binay.
This act from a presidential candidate may lead to may speculations. Some netizens think Binay as kind and humble that he was able to share what he have.
