But the one who has the most memes and troll videos is the former DILG Secretary Mar Roxas. We've seen him with his unpleasant attitude towards his wife and anger people after telling the media that he knows where drugs can be sold in Davao and Makati City.
Now, based on the TV ad of Sec. Mar Roxas for his election campaign, he said of the footage that he doesn't do dramas or beg for people to like him.
