According to Elite Readers, a 54-year-old man was subjected to twenty-one years in prison for raping his 16-year-old daughter who is a lesbian.
To protect the girl’s identity, the man’s name has not been disclosed to the public. The girl approached her father to guide her once she realized that she was a lesbian.
However, her father was reportedly furious with her instead. The girl mentioned that she confided in him that she was “struggling with her identity” and told him that she was a lesbian.
Her father attacked her with this revelation and then managed to s3xually assault her.
He said that he did it to show to her how “having s3x with men was better.” The girl immediately sought the help of the authorities after the incident.
Police officers said that they were appalled by the father’s behavior because he seemed to think that he did a justifiable thing of raping his daughter.
Judge Andrew Lockhart of the Warwick Crown Court said: “As a 16-year-old girl she realized she was gay and, struggling with her identity as many people do at that age.”
He continued: “She decided to tell you. You reacted by showing real and uncontrolled anger. You decided to rape her to show her why it would be better to have s3x with men than women.”
Lockhart also added: “That rape involved degradation and humiliation. The offense demonstrated your hostility towards her as a lesbian.”
Further investigation showed that the man also s3xually assaulted his older daughter—starting when she was just 11-years-old.
This apparently went on throughout the years before she was finally able to leave the house when she was of age.
It was reported that she was so psychologically damaged that she thought that she had “provoked” him into s3xually abusing her.
The older daughter said that she thought she was the only one being raped, so she wasn’t able to tell her younger sister and everyone else about it.
There was no mention of the mother by either member so it was assumed by the report that the older sister was the only female presence in the lesbian’s life.
The older daughter also went to court to testify against her father. According to Lockhart, her statement strengthened the case against the man.
