A pastry chef named Eliaquim Labang has become very popular and viral in the internet. He had  a promise, which is posted on his Facebook account, that his shop will be giving away five million peso worth cakes for free if ever presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte wins the election.


The good thing is, his own promise has been kept since it seems that the aspiring candidate obviously leads the presidential race having a great chance to win due to the big gap of votes against his rivals. To make sure that the chef is keeping his 'word of honor' especially to Duterte's supporters, there was some who made an event created on Facebook saying 'Libreng Cake sa Quim's Cake'.

 With the help of the online event, sending out cakes to the public will be much easier. They are inquiring everyone to send everyone's name, age, address, and contact number to the email address provided in the event.
