A new study found out that too much caffeine intake can affect the hormones in your body. The more coffee the women drink, the bigger possibility to make their breasts smaller.

According to Helena Jernstrom from Lund University in Sweden, drinking coffee can have a major effect on breast size. Women who drank more than three cups of coffee a day had breasts an average of 17 percent smaller than those who drank less than three cups a day.

The study also found out that a huge consumption of coffee could have a positive effect on the health of the breasts. Caffeine intake regularly will reduce the risk of having breast cancer. The researchers believed that caffeine are connected with its effect on the female sex hormone, estrogen and the fact that it can also affect the levels of the male sex hormone, testosterone.

The study was conducted with 300 women and the measurement of their breasts were being compared.
