Facebook page 'Matalinong Matsing' documented how the authorities recovered the victim's dead body. She was found lying in one of the dirty corners of Brgy. 171. She also bore signs that she was sexually assaulted before he was slain.
The girl is still unidentified and there is still no information the criminal.
The page posted some pictures from the crime scene and a video showing authorities carrying her dead body. In the video, a mourning lady can be heard in the background who is assumed to be one of the victim's relatives.
Meanwhile, the comment section of the post was filled with criticisms from the netizens . Some of them are questioning the efficiency of the government when it comes to cases like this.
On the other hand, majority of the netizens in the comment section expressed their desire for the immediate approval of the capital punishment - the death penalty.
They claimed that cases including rape-slay will be reduced if the death penalty will be restored. They also suggest asking institutions such as the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) and the Church to look upon rape victims so they could realize the country's 'necessity' for death punishment.
