  1. Mr. Steve Harvey should not do any more hosting, he should not also go to televisions or what so ever facing public. this is a moment for everyone especially for filipinos for 42 years without ms, universe crown. my pity to ms.columbia and ms.philippines, Steve harvey didnt just destroyed the night but also destroyed the reputation of Ms. Universe.

    1. Christian, I understand how you feel, even me when I saw what happened it really frustrates me. It's one of the biggest event of the year. However Steve Harvey apologized sincerely and professionally. I don't think banning him on the entire tv shows and facing the public is right. Imagine your self onto his shoes I doubt you'd say those words. Calm your self and you'll see.

    2. Well, Steve Harvey is a human-being and is capable of having mistakes. We should not put the blame on him for this is just purely an error. Nobody's perfect and he did apologized and is continuously apologizing for this. Also understand his situation because nobody knows what he's up to now because of what happened. And lastly, because of just one mistake do you think lost of career is the best solution? Honestly speaking, I still admire him because despite of the wrong announcement he still choose to say the truth and apologize in front of everyone. He's completely saying sorry for Pete's sake. Just accept it.

    3. What a stupid suggestion... its not like Steve killed someone to make him suffer and get banned in any hosting show... ITS HIS WAY OF LIVING and he is a HUMAN who definitely make mistake... then what if he just walked away without apologizing or handling the situation like taking responsibility of what he did... then what's gonna happen? ... don't make yourself look stupid in front of others... you are way MORE STUPID than steve for suggesting that...

    1. You're so mean. Every one does mistakes. Whatever happened today will serve as a lesson learned, not a way to stop what Mr. Harvey has built for numbers of years. It won't help anyway, no one is perfect and he himself took the initiative to apologize and accept the fact that he had done wrong.

  5. Definitly yes, that we are disappointed on the mistake by announcing the miss universe mistakebly, but we have to put in mind that we are all human. And are capable of committing mistakes.. We should not put the grudge.. We, we have no right to judge an individual.. Nobody's perfect... But in life, "failure is the best education"... Learn from our own mistakes and move forward..

  6. Apologizing is alright, but the damaged has been done. We can not do anything, accept his apology and move on. This is a history and am sure time heals wound.

    2. It's a global society on line now. We are all coming together very fast, before we can even speak clearly to each other. I recommend patience with those for whom English is a second, or even a third, language. With a little patience, you can work it out. And in the meantime, the non-English speakers will be constantly improving in their expression.

  7. Now it becomes a battle of speaking english... let's all be happy and rejoice that we won the elusive crown that for 5 years we almost had it but now Pia won for the country. It's something worth celebrating 😊

  8. as i can see it..and i stand corrected..the only failure he committed is the lack of announcement in his part that the first name he'll be announcing is the first runner up and the remaining one should be declared as miss universe 2015...he just announced it directly..thus the controversy....

  9. nobody is perfect.. we are human and we have done a lot of mistakes in our like.. he already accepted his mistake and sincerely apologize..

  10. It takes great moral courage to go back in front of so much people at the event, to the contestants and to the whole world, to admit and tell you made a terrible mistake, take responsibility and corrects it. I knew Steve Harvey is a good man, this is terribly hard for him as well... ever did a mistake you "don't intent to" and your terribly sorry for what you did? and also in his case it ain't really that simple to get back there and say, I apologize, I did a mistake and I'm taking full responsibility...

It was indeed an honest mistake. I actually pity him as well. It was a situation that nobody would want to be into. I am hoping that he can bounce back from this.
