CAUGHT ON CAM: Bus Conductor and Driver Threaten a Traffic Enforcer!

Footage of a Metrolink bus driver and conductor apparently trying to pick a fight with a traffic enforcer has gone viral online.
Based on the video, it looks like the two tried to pick a fight with a traffic enforcer who called their attention after a motorcycle rider asked for help.
The rider asked the traffic enforcer for assistance because the bus driver in the video almost ran him over while trying to unload passengers within a "no loading/unloading" zone.
The video was posted on the internet by a Facebook user who goes by the name Alyanna Soterio. It was accompanied by the following caption:
