DIY: Tips To Make Your Skin Free From Acne Scars!

A+ A-

A pimple is a small pustule or papule. Pimples are small skin lesions or inflammations of the skin. They develop when the sebaceous gland (oil glands) becomes clogged and infected, leading to swollen, red lesions filled with pus. Pimples are also known as spots or zits.

Having pimples is one of the major skin problems that we can experience. It usually grows in parts of the body where you sweat more often. There are a lot of medicines on the market to treat pimples but not all of these drugs can cure it because it depends upon the reaction of your skin to the medicine you apply. If it suits your skin or not.

After your battle ground with those red, swollen pimples the next thing that you need to work on is the scars left on your skin.

Good news! There are simple ways to remove these scars. Here's how:

Apple Cider Vinegar
It has a natural property that serves as a good skin toner. It clears up scars and acne marks. It also has a powerful astringent that also stimulates blood flow, which makes a fast recovery and regeneration of skin cells.

Egg Whites
It contains protein, which are the building blocks of cellular tissue and muscle, so when directly apply to your skin, it boosts up the healing of acne scar. Apply egg whites on the scars using a cotton ball and leave it overnight for best result.

Tomato Slices
It has antioxidant properties that heal the damaged tissues and promote the healthy regeneration of cells. Rub tomato slices on scars and leave it for a few minutes and rinse. The tomato is rich in Vitamin A and Carotenes that helps to lighten up acne scars.

Cucumber Juice
It can also use as a skin toner because it improves the texture of the skin. It reduces inflammation, soothe skin and heal the acne scars.

Ice
Apply ice on the face as it tightens the pores of the skin that reduce the secretion of sebum that cause acne. It also helps to tighten the pores around the acne scars.

  1. I became HIV-positive in 2013, But like most of the over 40 million positive Men/Women worldwide, I was infected by my long-term regular partner. The challenge for every positive person is to take back control of their lives, in "Living Positively" with the virus. I'd always believed that good health was never maintained only by taking medication. More than ever, HIV reinforced for me that health is not just physical health, but also mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. An important part of the healing process for me is to be active in HIV/AIDS education, support and advocacy. I volunteer in a number of HIV/AIDS organizations, and in particular Positive Men/Women, because the impact of HIV /AIDS on women is very different than from men. As once a HIV positive person, I will forever be grateful to God Almighty and Doctor SK to reach me when i thought it is all over, Today am happy with my family living free after the medical doctor have confirmed my HIV status Negative, I have never in my life believed that HIV could be cured by any herbal medicine, I want to make sure that HIV never happens to anyone else. We can't prevent HIV by punishment, by stigma and discrimination. It's only through building a safe, supportive and caring environment, that positive people still have hope and they should contact Dr SK with this email: drskhivhomefcure@outlook.com He cure HIV and other Viruses like; HEPATITIS B, CANCER, ALS, DIABETES, LYMPH NODES, and lots more.
