But a study was conducted at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire (University Hospital) in Besançon, and the team used a slide rule and a caliper to record the changes to the women's breasts year in and year out.

 Sports science researcher named Jean-Denis Roullion has proven in his 15-year study on the benefits of not wearing bras.

 He proves that by not wearing bras, nipples could could be given a little lift. He even said that wearing bra reduces the circulation of blood and the breast tone over time.
